Andy was very attentive and considerate. His knowledge about the local market helped a great deal. He was also very helpful with making sure all details were handled prior to closing.

There are not enough superlatives words in the English language to express how happy and satisfied we were with Andy's help in marketing and selling our home. Attentive to every ddetail, immediate response to every phone call or text, excellent network to connect with other services like movers and pre-move packers and house cleaners, anticipating our needs (made sure driveway was plowed after snowfall)...and our list could go on. Andy is intelligent, professional and always thinking ahead. Our house sold quickly with multiple offers over asking price...and his work and preparation were key factors. He knows the area well and that was a real plus. We rate him at the highest possible evaluation. A good person...not one negative about him! Our association with him was seamless... and pleasant. Andy Dow had grown up in the area and was well versed in all it has to offer. He also had contacts for high quality, necessary service providers. He was exceptionally responsive, service-oriented, proactive, trustworthy and accomodating.
